Air Arabia: PLANNING ENGINEER   

Purpose
This role is responsible for providing all activities concerned with the tasks planning including maintenance package, records and Material Planning. 

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain a system of monitoring and control of Air Arabia A320 Customized Maintenance Program, ensuring scheduling and performance of all tasks at their respective due dates or within reasonable time before.
• Maintain a system of aircraft hours and cycles recording and matching with Aircraft Technical Logs. 
• Maintain a system of job cards preparation & updating. 
• Establish and Maintain necessary procedures to keep RAL Planning system updated, thus reflecting the true maintenance status of all aircrafts. 
• Prepare work-scopes of maintenance events.
• Maintain a system of work package preparation for A and C checks to include all scheduled routine and non-routine maintenance.
• Maintain a system of work package archiving after maintenance completion in accordance with policies, procedures and regulations.
• Maintain a system of Technical records keeping for the required periods of time ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and regulations. 
• Carry out other assignments as may be required by management.

Desired Profile

• University degree with an Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relative experience or demonstrable experience in an aircraft maintenance planning envirionment
• Excellent command of both verbal and written English skills. Spoken and written Arabic would be an advantage. 
• Team leader with strong supervisory skills.
• Good Technical reports writings.
• Good MS office applications skills.
• Pro-active and self motivated.
