Reporting to the VP of Technical Operations
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate experience and ability to perform the necessary functions associated with the job and with the scale of the operation effectively.

- Currently Holding a Senior Management position
- Must be acceptable to the UAE GCAA and Other Authorities as a Nominated Post Holder
- Part 66 (B1 or B2) Licensed Aircraft Engineer (Part 145 experience) or hold a Technical Aerospace/Aviation Degree with at least 10 years relevant working experience
- 5 Years Part 145 MRO Experience (Helicopters & Executive Jets) as Post Holder or Deputy Post Holder
- Possess sound Understanding of GCAA and/or EASA Regulations (especially Part 145 and EASA CAR Part M)
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills are needed at all Levels with a Conscientious, Logical and Structured Approach
- Strong Computer Skills and Experience working with one of the Industry Maintenance IT Systems, preferably Aerotrac
- Fluent (Aviation) English Essential
- Must be Eligible to work in the UAE
