PurposeThe purpose of this role is to perform defect rectification and routine servicing as directed by the Cabin Engineer and Hangar Supervisor.
Main Responsibilities- Perform aircraft maintenance tasks as directed by a Cabin Engineer.
- Ensure that he is fully conversant with the tasks allocated to him.
- Ensure strict adherence to all pertinent safety precautions as published in manufacturer manuals and other publications.
- Ensure that the Cabin Engineer is kept fully advised of any impending service disruptions or problems.
- Ensure that the Cabin Engineer is informed of all work performed by him during his duty period.
- Ensure that all work meets the standards required by the regulations
- Ensure that replacement parts and components are of an approved type, correctly certified and released and are physically inspected prior to fitment to aircraft or component.
- Ensure strict adherence to all pertinent safety precautions as published in manufacturer manuals and other publications.
- Ensure that removed components are correctly handled, labeled and blanked.
Desired Profile- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the above respective fields of Airbus A320.
- Good command over Oral and Written communication.
- Age between 23 to 50 years.
- A pro-active and interactive attitude with the flexibility required for working within a small organization.
- Physically fit and has the ability to travel regularly and at short notice.
