Air Arabia: OUTSTATION MAINTENANCE MANAGER   

HUB: Sharjah

The purpose of this role is to continually review the ABY outstation maintenance support operation, negotiate new SGHA contracts and look for business improvements (costs). This role is also responsible for seeking and developing opportunities for new business for ABY base/outstation and hangar.

• Communicate with third party handling companies.

• Establish new SGHA Agreements in coordination with legal and contract department.

• Review the out stations contact list periodically

• Provide training procedure to the Outstations engineering service providers.

• Handle the duty travel of and to the Outstations for the staff

• Handle he annual leave plans for the Outstations engineers and technicians

• Handle the Outstations office/ store requirements

• Handle the recurrent training of the Outstations staff.

• Handle the Outstations invoices review and cross check

• Business attraction for the Outstations /Base and line.

• Outstations audit findings review and follow up

• Outstations rents/ communications means/ transportation/ uniforms review, assessment and cross check.

• Outstations engineering service providers’ approvals tracking and review.

• Outstations KPI analysis

• Outstations contract conversion / modification/ review and assessment.

• Archiving of the documents related to the Outstations.

• Liaise with quality on the Outstations audit planning.

• Investigation of the incidents and reports for Outstations

• Assessment of the technical delays at Outstations

• Update of the memo / notices related to Outstations
