PurposeThe purpose of this role is to ensure that the parts demanded on AOG are sourced and made available in the required destination in the minimum possible time a as per set quality standards, procedures and regulations.
Main Responsibilities- Full Fledged AOG-Desk operations(sourcing critical spares)
- Closely work with the shipping agent and see to it that the part arrives in destined place in shortest possible time in the most economical way
- Raise purchase/exchange/repair/loan/warranty orders in ICARUS system
- Work in close liaison with Material planning & Production engineer/Technical Buyer and closely monitor procurement of spares requested by MCC to maintain minimum MDD/ADD in G9 Fleet.
- Raise and follow up demands on SR Technics iNet.
- Support line maintenance team.
- Receipt of unserviceable core units from aircraft
- Housekeeping
- Prepare and dispatch HOC shipments as and when required to support line stations.
- Assist the stores inspector in all functions of the stores.
- Custodian of stores on all holidays and off working hours
Desired Profile• Higher Secondary education with good communication skills.
• Two year experience in similar role
