  • We are looking to recruit a Technical Administrator to be based in Jeddah (KAIA Airport, Saudi Arabia)

Purpose of the role:

  • Technical Administrator is a multi-task position for relatively smaller O&M site to perform material ordering and receipt, administrative work, HSE work and train recovery functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory for the APM Site and forecast material requirement for APM maintenance.
  • Prepare requisitions for materials, obtain approvals and place orders.
  • Process vendor’s invoices for payment, as well as maintain accounting filing systems.
  • Reconcile vendor invoices.
  • Assist the SDC Manager with resolving invoice disputes with subcontractors.
  • Assist and co-ordinate with Pittsburgh Accounting Dept. on establishing Purchase Orders
  • Procure office supplies and equipment, as well as co-ordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment.
  • Assist Bombardier employees and subcontractors in obtaining the necessary badges, keys, phones, computer access etc. for performing their duties.
  • Keep track of availability and utilization of PPE at site.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis of near miss and minor incident and give recommendations.
  • Monitor HSE training and assist in external audits.
  • Assist in incident investigation and follow up.
  • Coordinate with Division HSE group; participate in activities such as monthly HSE teleconference.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • An ideal candidate for this position would be an experienced technician of an APM O&M site.
  • Ideally 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • The suitable candidate needs to have prior exposure / education in Health, Safety or Environmental fields.
  • Technical degree.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good time management abilities.
