PurposeThe purpose of this role is to provide administration support to all Pilots to ensure all regulations are met as per GCAA.
Main Responsibilities- Prepare and handle all administrative functions for ABY Simulator inclusive of composing of correspondence; managing of databases, creating spread sheets & presentations, reports and documents using desktop publishing software
- Handle extremely confidential and sensitive company information like Contracts and Pricing, GCAA related correspondence, etc.
- Organize and maintain paper and electronic files for all important project files
- Liaise with customers to obtain their SIM requirements in advance in order to plan and effectively schedule the utilization of available Sim slots
- Follow up of tentative bookings of SIM slots to obtain confirmation from clients.
- Ensure all SIM booking related communication is completed in good time.
- Market unutilized SIM slots to customers to maximize utilization of available slots.
- Handle all SIM related travel and HOTAC bookings for clients inclusive of airport transfers.
- Follow up with existing / prospective clients to ensure relevant contracts are signed and in place.
- Monitor the validity of existing contracts.
- Ensure clients are invoiced as per contractual terms and follow up to ensure payments have been received.
- Obtain feedback from clients and prepare relevant reports for management to highlight areas of concern / improvement.
- Monitor / supervise support staff at the Simulator premises
Desired Profile• Higher Secondary or equivalent
• Proficient in English
• Computer literacy with manual writing skills preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• At least 3 years experience in Aviation field.
