The Aircraft Contracts team is responsible for providing cross-departmental Engineering support to a wide range of commercial activities that relate to the acquisition, lease and sale of aircraft for Cathay Pacific, Dragonair and Air Hong Kong. An opportunity exists for an experienced Engineer with broad technical and regulatory understanding combined with strong commercial and business aptitude to join our high performing team. This is a challenging role that offers great development opportunities. Reporting to the Aircraft Projects Manager – Contracts, this role involves:

Key Responsibilities of the Aircraft Contracts team include:- Identifying, negotiating and contracting advantageous technical terms and conditions in Lease, Purchase and Sale contracts.
- Management of Aircraft Lessors and Lessees
- Supporting new aircraft RFP exercises
- Management of Aircraft Lease Return commercial issues as well as budgets
- Ensuring the leased fleet is maintained in compliance with contractual requirements
- Management of retired aircraft component part-out agents.
- Consolidating Engineering data to support Airline aircraft/fleet evaluations and plans.

Job Requirements :- Degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
- At least 10 years engineering and/or commercial aviation experience (Candidates will less experience may be considered for the position of Aircraft Projects Engineer.)
