A 320 Captains Must Have:- Minimum Flying experience - 4,000 hrs (On any type of Aircraft)
- Minimum Pilot in Command - 2,000 Hrs (On any type of Aircraft)
- Minimum Pilot in Command - 500 Hrs On A320 Family
- Minimum Glass cockpit experience - 1,000 Hrs (On any type of Aircraft that has full glass cockpit)
- Recent Experience - At least three take off and landings within last 90 days or in a flight simulator.
Package for A320 Rated Captains: - USD 8,500 Tax free for 80 block hours
- commuting contract with 2 months On 1 month Off
- Air ticket during days off to back home
- 8 Consecutive days off per month
- 15 days Annual Sick leave
- Accommodation provided, 4 or 5 star hotel.
- Contract period 1 year to 3 years.
- No Bond
- 100,000 USD Life Insurance
- 100,000 USD Loss of License Insurance.
- 10,000 USD Medical Insurance
