Description- To launch flydubai co-branded cards in the UAE & other key markets
 
Major Areas of Responsibility- Project manage launch of flydubai co-branded card(s).
 - Establish and work closely with key internal stakeholders and ensure successful launch.
 - Post launch; collaborate closely with other internal key teams (e.g., Finance, Call Center, flydubai.com, Airport, Marketing, PR etc.) and the bank to maximize card impact and success.  
 - Analyze and manage the key fundamentals of the card life cycle like financial budgets, cost projections, performance and key trends which will govern the growth of the card portfolio.
 - Develop strong acquisition and retention programs to rapidly build a sizeable and profitable portfolio.
 - Drive credit card portfolio performance through the application of analytics and insights, and apply strategies and programs to grow profitable sales.
 - Develop effective 1:1 marketing programs to increase credit card spend.
 - Will develop the annual marketing plan, bi-monthly campaign strategy, balance transfer/lend and spend strategies, and other activities related to improving portfolio performance.
 - Oversee the development of the annual marketing plan for both ‘business as usual’ offers and new strategies to aggressively increase usage and drive the bottom line.
 - Manage the business relationships, contracts and contractual obligations relating to non-merchandise revenue.
 - Continuously analyze, manipulate and establish effective cards model based on datasets for the purposes of developing strategic solutions to business problems
 - Develop scorecards and simplify reporting capabilities of key portfolio metrics.
 - Managing a collaborative relationship with the bank and flydubai card customers.
 - Gaining know-how and buy-in from internal and external stakeholders and present to the management team as well as meet regularly (weekly, monthly or quarterly based on need) with key peers/contacts for review and development of card performance. 
 
 Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Possess keen financial acumen and be marketing Savvy.
 - Minimum of 5-8 years business experience in Finance, Marketing or Credit Card Portfolio Management with 4 - 5+ years of previous related experience in Credit, Financial Services or analytical consulting services.
 - Professional work experience in analytic techniques applied to customer valuation, marketing ROI, design of experiment, and customer segmentation.
 - Experience in a consumer-facing industry (traditional or online retailing, retail financial services, etc.)
 - Ability to drive change and influence others, even in challenging situations.
 - Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple/competing projects and assignments.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing or equivalent experience required. MBA is preferred.
 - Proficient in various PC packages, including advanced use of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.  
 - Demonstrated proficiency in analytical and numerical skills.
 - Broad card marketing acquisition, retention, and relationship management skills.
 - Strong card product management and development functional skills.
 - Track record of successful card product and portfolio management.
